Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in caregivers
Savouring – The practice of thinking about and enjoying positive things in your life to help with caregiver well-being and improve confidence in every day behaviours. For example, you may savour: the sound of water lapping the shore, the look of a friendly face, the warmth of the sun, the feeling of accomplishment after a long journey, or the smell of a cup of coffee.
