Share Your Feedback – How Can We Prepare Future Caregivers?
Consultation has concluded
In the next five year, the number of caregivers in Ontario is expected to grow from 4 million to 6.5 million. That means more people will find themselves stepping into the vital role of providing physical or emotional support to someone, it might be caring for aging parents, helping a spouse through an illness, or raising a child with special needs, caregiving will touch more lives than ever before.
Our recent Prepare to Care report reveals that while future caregivers think it’s important to start planning early, very few actually do.
OCO is inviting you to take a short survey to help us identify the challenges and barriers prospective caregivers may face, so we can better prepare them for the future demands of caregiving.
